After the upgrade completed, if you decided you then needed windows 8.1 pro features, you could use the embedded “add features to windows 8.1” option and get the windows 8.1 pro pack for the cost of $99.99 as is stated on this microsoft windows page.. On which os you are.. you may use windows anytime upgrade or windows upgrade assistant app. to upgrade your windows. if you are already on windows 8 first upgrade to windows 8.1 then upgrade to pro using the key or buying the key from windows anytime upgrade .. if you are on windows 7 then you may need to use windows upgrade assistant software from ms website it will guide you to create.
