Problem #1: apps not working properly on samsung galaxy note 4 with lollipop. since lollipop was installed i have 2 chronic ongoing issues. phone will just shut down/off to a black screen even. The samsung galaxy note 4 smartphones obtained the new android lollipop 5.0.1 firmware update. since this update is a major release of this firmware, it is possible that problems with your samsung galaxy note 4 occur after the update.. Samsung galaxy note android 4 lollipop problems if you have the latest os android lollipop downloaded and installed to the samsung galaxy note 4, it can then ever cause problems of various kinds. the substance may have high battery consumption, non-functioning system apps, device becomes hot, etc..
